Sasuke RPG Mode
Finish the master mode and all of the side quests, and then go to the room where you first defeated Sasuke, access the blue aura there, and done.
Secondary Form Of Characters
To unlock the secondary form of all the characters, just beat the story mode. Then, in VS mode, push R1 to see the secondary form and select for it. This doesn't work on all the characters, only on the ones that have a secondary form in the anime (ie: Neji doesn't have one, but Choji does (his super pill form))
Naturally, this only works on characters that you've already unlocked (which should be all if you beat story mode)Unlock Narutimate Difficulty

Simply start Accel 2 story mode with any save data from Accel 1 and receive an easy 100,000 yen and characters from Accel 1 will be unlocked as well.

Secret Weapons
By returning to completed dungeons, you can find the characters' secret weapons. Note: No secret weapon available for Chie.
How To Unlock
Main Character's secret weapon : Defeat extra boss in Void Quest.
Kanji's secret weapon : Defeat extra boss in Steamy Bath House.
Kuma/Teddy's secret weapon : Defeat extra boss in Opera House.
Yosuke's secret weapon : Find in boss' den in Mysterious Shopping Street.
Yukiko's secret weapon : Defeat extra boss in Yukiko's Castle.
Naoto's secret weapon : Defeat extra boss in Secret Lab.
Ultimate Weapons
Available only in a 2nd playthrough or more, Death will sometimes hide within treasure chests. Chests containing Death will prompt you to pick between the choices to open or ignore the chest. If you choose to open the chest, you will have to fight Death, which when defeated, will drop the ultimate weapons for the characters.

After completing the game with the true ending and starting a New Game+, a new fusion section will unlock and you'll be able to fuse Izanagi-no-Okami, one of the best Personas in the game.
